IHeartJapan.ca Talks About Konapun

Note that in the second article, the video of the small ice cream is mistakenly called Konapun but it actually isn't. That is actually a kit that lets you mix up an edible soft candy (which looks like soft serve ice cream) which you then scoop onto a small edible ice cream cone and then can eat. When I was in Japan in 2010 I actually saw lots and lots of kits for making miniature edible food which is pretty different than Konapun which is inedible. They do look fun though! The food that you make is nowhere near as small as Konapun but it's still very cute.
